Often times VPS servers are unmanaged and very difficult/time-consuming to manage. With the IndividualVPS Admin plan you will be given unlimited access to our server administrators to help you with issues that may arise. For businesses that provide VPS services or manage VPS nodes with multiple VPS servers in them we have our NodeVPS Admin. This plan will provide you with unlimited access to our server administrators to assist you with the management of the VPS node in addition to all the VPS servers in the node. The support for the individual VPS servers is provided only to the owner of the hardware node - end users are not support with this plan and would require the IndiVPS Admin plan.
